Q: Will the conference be recorded?
A: Yes, if you have registered but can't make it live or will miss some of it, you will be provided with the recording that will not expire.
Q: If I attend the conference live can I still get a copy of the recordings?
A: Yes, you will be sent access to the recordings after we've edited follow the events conclusion. It may take a few days as the editing can take some time.
Q: What happens after I have registered?
A: You will receive a confirmation email. And before the conference commences you'll receive the zoom link (via email). If you don't see your confirmation email in the few minutes after you've registered we advise you to contact us at
support@thesfu.com. *It is advised to add elliott@elliottconnie.com into your email address book to avoid important notifications going into your spam folder.
Q: How long will I have access to the recordings?
A: There is no expiry date. You will have forever access.
Q: Will I get a certificate and CE Credits?
A: Yes, you will get instructions about how to request your certificate and get your CE Credits in the email with your recording. Please note your certificate will not be sent automatically and your CE Credit allocation will depend on your hours of attendance and viewing of the replay.
Q: Can I get a refund if I can not attend the conference live?
A: No. We can only provide a refund if you request it within 7 days from your registration date. We will supply you with the recordings if your plans change and can't attend live.
