Q: Do I have to stay at the Magnolia Hotel to attend the conference?
A: No, you an arrange to stay anywhere you wish.
Q: What is included in the General Admission ticket?
A: Your conference entry, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and beverages each day.
Q: Is there a hybrid online option?
A: Unfortunately no, this will only be a face to face conference.
Q: Will I get a certificate and CE Credits?
A: Yes, you will get instructions about how to request your certificate and get your CE Credits via email after the conference has finished.
Q: Can I get a refund if I can not attend the conference for any reason?
A: Yes. As long as you cancel within 7 days prior to the conference starting. If you cancel closer to the time you can credit you for future events or course purchases.
